Commissions

To sustain and improve our services, we request that Carrier pays a commission only when they have successfully received payment from the broker for a load arranged through Offsellers LLC.

Payment Terms

Carrier is responsible for remitting the agreed-upon commission to Offsellers LLC promptly upon receiving payment from the broker for a load secured through Offsellers LLC. Our payment process is designed to be straightforward and efficient.

Financial Obligations

Carrier acknowledges that any outstanding financial obligations to Offsellers LLC, including unpaid commissions, must be settled before discontinuing the use of Offsellers LLC's services.

We may contact you through SMS, Email and/or by calling you regarding our services & support.

Freedom of Choice

Carrier retains full autonomy to accept loads from other sources, and there is no exclusive obligation to use Offsellers LLC's services. We encourage Carrier to make choices that align with their business goals.

Termination Notice

Should Carrier choose to terminate this Agreement, a written notice is appreciated. Upon termination, Carrier agrees to settle any outstanding financial obligations to Offsellers LLC in a timely manner.

Dispute Resolution

We value open communication. If a dispute arises, we encourage both parties to engage in constructive dialogue to find an amicable solution. In the event a resolution cannot be reached, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration, ensuring a fair and impartial process.
